About Me

Welcome!

My name is Tiffany. I’m 28 years old, a Scorpio, and I live in Minneapolis, MN. I work full-time while going to school. In the midst of everything, I’m adopting healthier habits slowly so they stick. I’m making small steps to lose weight the right way.

This blog documents my journey to find my true self as I strive for health and happiness. It’s a compilation of breakthroughs, challenges, dreams, goals, recipes, health finds, and musings.

Hope you enjoy! 🙂

  1. I want to hear more about the emotional side of eating. I definitely eat when I’m bored in the afternoon at work. I attack the chocolate bowl at the receptionists desk! I love your goals too, I noticed you put organizing your apartment AFTER getting the nobel prize in medicine. LOL! You have motivated me to set some weight milestones for myself! This is great, keep it going!

    • Thank you! I’m glad you like it. I’ll do a blog post about emotional eating hopefully in the near future. That’s a big issue to tackle, I need to read up on it.

  2. Tiffany:

Congratulations on starting your blog! I’ll be chanting for your total victory in 2010. I’m happy to see you share your goals and dreams 🙂
